Once you pressed the « Publish » button your communication :

• Is sent to international press agencies,
• Is made visible on National and European referent websites including Euronext website for companies listed on Paris, Brussels, Lisbon and Amsterdam stock exchanges,
• In sent to integrators,
• Is sent by e-mail to people registered in the contact list we manage for you,
• Is pushed on Twitter,
• Is made visible on your website,
• Is pushed to nomad users via
• the AEM app (iOS and Android) for Portuguese companies,
• the BELGA IR app (iOS and Android) for Belgian companies.

IMPORTANT:

• You dispose of a hotline 7 days a week from 7am to 23pm,
• Our technology is audited by market regulators for quality and security processes (e.g. high availability cluster, disaster recovery plan),
• You can manage your contact list in our platform: you can create as many groups of contacts you wish,
• You can also merge groups, enable/disable contacts and groups of contacts.

 

The login process

1. Go to https://newscenter.webdisclosure.com

2. Select the language of the user interface (English or any other European language…)

3. Enter your ID and password

4. Click on “OK”

 

The summary

Once logged, you access the WebDisclosure homepage that summarizes information about your company:

• The date of your last visit,
• Communication credits available,
• Pending communications,
• Communications published,
• Quantity of e-mail contacts,
• Dissemination of your communications
• Euronext website
• Press agencies
• Information integrators
• Mobile apps (iOS / Android)
• Social networks
• Referent websites

 

Publish a communication

You just need to follow 4 steps to create and publish a communication:

• Start: select the theme of your communication, …
• Type / upload your communication
• Preview your communication
• Publish/program the publication of your communication

IMPORTANT: it is possible to publish regulatory (Transparency Directive) and non-regulatory news.

 

Step 1/4: “Start”

1st step of the publication of a regulatory news: select

• The language(s) of your communication (English or any other European language, …),
• The theme and the sub-theme of your communication,
• The creation mode
• Type directly the text of your communication in the user interface,
• Upload a PDF document.

 

Step 2/4: “Type/upload”

After you uploaded your communication, WebDisclosure

• Scans it for viruses,
• Extracts the text from your PDF document,
• Converts it into HTML, PNG and Flash format.

 

Step 3/4: “Preview”

You get a preview of the layout of your communication that will be displayed on wires.

 

Step 4/4: “Publication”

You confirm the publication of your communication with the possibility to program the date + hour of its dissemination.

 

Dissemination report

Once published you get a dissemination report that summarizes to whom your communication has been sent.

 

Statistics of consultations

You can also monitor in real time the consultations of your communications in the EU and in the world.
